3. Booking & Consultations
Discovery calls or consultations are scheduled via our online calendar. We ask that you show up on time and cancel with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to deny services to anyone we believe is not aligned with our brand or offerings.
4. Payments & Refunds
All payments for services, workshops, or digital products are due in full unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are not provided for digital products, workshops, or time-based services once access or delivery has begun—unless otherwise stated in your contract.
Payment plans may be available for certain service packages and will be clearly outlined in your agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, graphics, and creative work developed by Soul Podcasting Collective (unless provided by you, the client) remains our intellectual property.
Client podcasts, logos, headshots, and original content remain the property of the client.
By partnering with us, you agree to allow us to feature your project, testimonials, and outcomes in our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media.
6. Media & Testimonial Use
If you submit podcast artwork, audio clips, video recordings, testimonials, or similar media for use in a collaboration or to join our podcasting network, you grant us permission to:
- Edit, display, or distribute the content for marketing, promotional, or editorial purposes
- Feature your podcast or likeness on our platforms (with credit)
- Share testimonials, success stories, or visual highlights of your experience
You retain ownership of your content and may revoke consent at any time by contacting us at hello@soulpodcasting.com.
7. User Conduct
You agree to use our website and services respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, spamming, or any form of inappropriate communication will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove access or ban individuals from our community or offerings without notice for any violations.
