Hi, I’m Demetria…
I’m a podcast coach, creative strategist, and the voice behind Soul Podcasting—but more than anything, I’m someone who believes your voice matters. With over 20 years in digital media and storytelling, I’ve seen how many women are sitting on powerful ideas but feel stuck—overwhelmed by the tech, unsure where to start, or questioning if their voice is even “good enough.” I understand that deeply, because I’ve been there too.
What started as helping a few women behind the scenes has grown into the work I do today—supporting coaches, creatives, and service-based women as they finally move forward with their podcasts in a way that feels meaningful and aligned. While you’ll be working closely with me, I also partner with a small, trusted team behind the scenes when needed—so you’re supported every step of the way. Because this isn’t just about launching a podcast—it’s about feeling clear, confident, and supported enough to follow through.

Today, the Christian Women Podcasters Network is a space for faith-filled women who feel called to share meaningful conversations and stories through podcasting. After relaunching the network in 2023, it’s become a supportive, growing community where you’re not just learning how to podcast—you’re surrounded by women who truly get it.

The Soul Behind The Collective
Soul Podcasting Collective was born from nearly two decades of experience in the podcasting world. My journey began in 2004 with Christian Ladies Talk Radio, one of the earliest online radio shows for women of faith, which later became a podcast. Over the years, I launched a variety of shows including GodCast News, Publish A Podcast, Christian Ladies Business Radio, Christian Homeschool Moms Podcast, and Mompreneurs In Heels—each one created to serve a unique, purpose-driven audience. In 2021, I launched Her Business Elevated, a podcast for faith-driven solopreneurs, followed by Impact Podcast Coach and Soul Podcasting, where I now teach the art of soulful podcasting.
In 2006, I was interviewed by The Tuscaloosa News when our local news station visited my home to learn about this “new phenomenon” of podcasting. That moment made me realize the massive potential of this medium—and I’ve been passionate about helping others harness that power ever since. Soul Podcasting Collective is the extension of that mission: to help visionary entrepreneurs and brands create heart-centered podcasts that connect, inspire, and make a lasting impact.
